What’s New with EPIC: My Portfolios Features

Background

As a pioneer in cloud-based building energy performance assessment technology, SRS has earned a reputation for developing cutting edge software, data, and predictive analytics solutions. Our latest innovation, the Energy Performance Improvement Calculator (EPIC™), has proven its ability to increase sales of high efficiency equipment.

As a result, EPIC continues to be enthusiastically adopted across the ecosystem of energy efficiency project professionals. Moreover, EPIC users are driving added functionality and that has made EPIC indispensable to those on the front lines of energy efficiency.

New Features

Our latest enhancement, the My Portfolios feature, is now live in EPIC. This new functionality enables EPIC users to create multi-building portfolios, including portfolio-level energy savings estimates and key financial metrics.

1. My Portfolios

   • EPIC now enables users, via the Avatar dropdown menu, to select My Portfolios:

     

   • Upon selecting My Portfolios, EPIC enables users to “Add Portfolio.” EPIC users can search and select multiple properties, including the preferred project scenario for each property, to be included in the portfolio.

     

2. Portfolio Summary

   • EPIC now enables users, in real time, to download a Portfolio Summary, including aggregate metrics to be included in a project proposal.
