The Sustainable Real Estate Solutions, Inc. (SRS) leadership team, comprised of veterans with 25+ years’ experience in the commercial real estate information services market, has a proven track record developing cutting edge technology solutions. In 2012, based on SRS’s deep experience in the commercial property energy efficiency industry, the Connecticut Green Bank selected SRS to support the development and implementation of the country’s first statewide Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program. C-PACE programs are designed to overcome the barrier of significant upfront costs for energy efficiency projects by offering commercially attractive financing.

As a result, SRS has become the leader in C-PACE program administration services in the United States.

After the successful deployment of its software platform in C-PACE programs nationwide, SRS has democratized these unique, experience-based capabilities by offering its Energy Performance Improvement Calculator (EPIC) software, data, and analytics solution to assist the broader energy efficiency contracting and project development markets.
