How does the free 14-day trial work?

Upon signing up for your preferred plan (Basic or Premium), you’ll get full access to EPIC during your risk-free 14-day trial period. There are no restrictions, and you have no obligation to continue beyond your free trial period. After exploring EPIC’s capabilities during your trial period, simply decide whether you want to continue as an EPIC subscriber:

  • If you do not want to continue beyond your free trial period you must contact your dedicated EPIC account manager prior to the end of your trial.
  • If you do want to continue beyond your free trial period there is no action required. Rather, continue to use EPIC and your monthly billing cycle will continue uninterrupted. Your credit card will be billed thereafter per your monthly billing cycle sign-up date. You can access your billing receipts via the My Subscription tab in EPIC.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can sign up for an EPIC monthly subscription plan using your preferred credit card. If you prefer to pay by check, purchase order, or ACH, contact us to learn more about our annual prepaid subscription plan options that meet your business needs.

What happens if I exceed my monthly plan's maximum number of Credits?

If you need to exceed your selected plan’s maximum number of Credits, over your monthly billing cycle, you will be billed an incremental fee per excess Credit, as follows:

  • The $159 per user, per month plan provides for up to 5 Credits during your monthly billing cycle. For Credits in excess of 5 you will be billed an incremental fee equal to $30 per excess Credit. For example, assuming you need 7 Credits during a monthly billing cycle, your total monthly bill will amount to:
    • $159 fixed fee for up to 5 Credits
    • $60 incremental fee for excess Credits 6 and 7 ($30 each)
    • $219 total for 7 Credits ($159 fixed fee plus an incremental fee for 2 excess Credits)
  • The $259 per user, per month plan provides for up to 10 Credits during your monthly billing cycle. For Credits in excess of 10 you will be charged an incremental fee equal to $25 per excess Credit. For example, assuming you need 12 Credits during a monthly billing cycle, your total monthly bill will amount to:
    • $259 fixed fee for up to 10 Credits
    • $50 incremental fee for excess Credits 11 and 12 ($25 each)
    • $309 total for 12 Credits ($259 fixed fee plus an incremental fee for 2 excess Credits)

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, we offer volume discounts with our annual prepaid subscription plans. Such plans start at minimum volume of 60 Credits per year and are billed as a single prepayment once per year at a 15% discount to monthly billing rates. Users have up to 12 months to use the prepaid Credits.

 

Single-use buildings require one Credit and mixed-use buildings require one additional Credit.

Can I change plans or cancel at any time?

You can change plans or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting your dedicated account manager. Changes will take effect at the end of your current monthly billing cycle.

Do I need to sign a yearly contract?

There is no yearly commitment with our monthly subscription plans. You have the option to prepay an annual subscription plan at a 15% discount to monthly billing rates.

What level of support can I expect?

You will be assigned a dedicated account manager. Such account manager is an EPIC product expert and is available to provide phone and email support, as well as one-on-one EPIC training sessions.
